The office building on South Broadway/Route 9 was purchased by an investor for $1,750,000.

There will still be an insurance office located there in one space and the remainder of the building will be leased.

Total square footage is 10,700.

The Mast Group llc

The company bought 11.83 acres of vacant land in Wilton for $300,000.

Plans are to have an automotive related business at the property.
