Virtual Program May 21 for Realtors and Design Professionals

SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation, in partnership with the Preservation League of New York State, will offer local real estate and design professionals an exclusive opportunity to learn about marketing historic properties while earning three continuing education credits. 

Realtors and design professionals are invited to join “Architecturally Speaking for Professionals” on Friday, May 21 on Zoom from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to learn about listing, buying, selling, or rehabilitating older properties. 

Representatives from the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation, City of Saratoga Springs Planning Department, NYS Historic Preservation Office, and the Adirondack Trust Company will share their knowledge and resources. In addition, a local realtor well-versed in rehabilitating historic properties will speak about their experience.
