“Roots of the Recipe” Celebrates Culinary Stories During Lake George Region Restaurant Week

LAKE GEORGE REGION — The Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB invites you to pull up a chair and enjoy the Summer 2025 edition of Restaurant Week, happening Sunday, June 15 through Saturday, June 21.
This season’s theme, “Roots of the Recipe,” goes beyond the plate to highlight the personal stories, family traditions, and local inspirations behind each meal. Participating restaurants will offer three-course prix fixe menus for just $35, designed to showcase meaningful recipes passed down through generations, guest favorites, and hometown classics.
“Restaurant Week is more than a great deal—it’s a celebration of culinary heritage,” said Gina Mintzer, Executive Director of the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB. “With the ‘Roots of the Recipe’ theme, diners get a taste of the dishes that mean something to our local chefs—whether it’s a 25-year-old recipe, a treasured family meal, or a beloved customer favorite.”
“Lake George has more unique and delicious places to eat and drink than both locals and visitors realize,” added Sasha Pardy, Owner of Adirondack Winery. “Restaurant Week gives people the opportunity to discover what we all offer—for an affordable price point.”
