“Fall Spices” Flavor the Lake George Region During Restaurant Week September 7–13, 2025 | Prix Fixe Menus for $35
LAKE GEORGE REGION — The Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB invites locals and visitors to indulge in the warm, comforting flavors of autumn during Fall Restaurant Week, Sunday, September 7 through Saturday, September 13, 2025.
This season’s theme, “Fall Spices,” highlights the tastes and aromas that define the Adirondacks in autumn — from cinnamon and nutmeg to rosemary, sage, and bold spice blends. Participating restaurants will serve specially crafted three-course prix fixe menus for just $35, designed to showcase the season’s best ingredients. New this year, by popular request, the three-course options may also include a signature fall cocktail created by participating restaurants to complement their menus
“Restaurant Week is the perfect way to welcome fall in the Lake George Region,” said Gina Mintzer, Executive Director of the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB. “With the ‘Fall Spices’ theme, our chefs and mixologists are embracing the flavors that make this season so memorable — giving diners both comfort and creativity on the plate.”Just a Few of the Recipes Behind the Week:
