Exciting Special Exhibits & Competitions

This year’s show features several special exhibits celebrating creativity, history, and community.

Stars Across America 250 Block Challenge

Guild members created original 12-inch star blocks using designated fabrics to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary. Many of these blocks will eventually become Quilts of Honor presented to deserving veterans. Visitors are invited to vote for their favorite block.

Barbara Nichols Quilt Challenge

The Guild honors the memory of longtime member Barbara Nichols, a gifted quilter whose legacy continues to inspire members today. Nine quilts created from the Friendship Crossing pattern from 9-Patch Reunion by Atkinson Designs will be judged by nationally recognized quilt judge Gail Holmes, with cash awards presented to the winners.

Youth Quilts

Be inspired by the creativity of young quilters ages 17 and under as they showcase their handmade quilts.
