Shepard Park to Celebrate Newly Rebuilt Performance Space with Ribbon Cutting, Public Tours and Day of Live Music

LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. — The Village of Lake George will officially celebrate the completion and reopening of the newly rebuilt Shepard Park performance space with a public ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided tours and a full day of live musical performances on Friday, July 17, 2026.
The revitalized performance space was designed as a central gathering place for residents, visitors, musicians and community organizations, providing a renewed venue for public events and performances in the heart of Lake George Village.
Members of the public and members of the media are invited to tour the completed space, attend the official ceremony and experience live entertainment throughout the day and evening.
WHAT:
Ribbon-cutting ceremony and reopening celebration for the newly rebuilt Shepard Park performance space, featuring public and press tours, remarks from local and state officials, and live musical performances.
