00;00;00;00 – 00;00;09;22
Speaker 2
Welcome, everyone, to buying local. I’m your host, Mike Nelson from Five Towers Media, joined today by Chris. Chris, do you go by Christopher or Chris?
00;00;09;24 – 00;00;10;18
Speaker 1
Chris is fine.
00;00;10;20 – 00;00;16;17
Speaker 2
Chris is fine. All right. Joined by Chris. Crowd from seven. Say yeah. Chris. How are you, man?
00;00;16;19 – 00;00;17;25
Speaker 1
I’m well, thank you Michael.
00;00;18;01 – 00;00;34;15
Speaker 2
Yeah, yeah. I know we just talked, your recently back from a trip and, getting caught up, so I really appreciate you, you know, taking time out of your week today and spend some time with us in our audience and talking about who you are and what you do.
00;00;34;17 – 00;00;35;11
Speaker 1
My pleasure.
00;00;35;14 – 00;00;48;02
Speaker 2
Yeah. So let’s, let’s get right into it. Chris, why don’t you give us, you know, the quick, 30,000ft view of who Chris crowd is and, what you do over at service, I.
00;00;48;05 – 00;01;14;01
Speaker 1
Well, for me, I mean, I’m a very passionate software developer. Over 20 years experience and coding, I was ten, and I always had a passion for small business. So I’ve always freelanced for years, and I help clients out, especially for Granada small businesses. So, my greatest passion ended up being, building micro applications because most solopreneurs can afford them.
00;01;14;04 – 00;01;44;11
Speaker 1
So we built these, you know, user skill and all JavaScript. So they got tracked your expenses orders where they would need. So that was my passion for a long time. Still is. So, it’s a really, service. I just kind of more of that next level, combine my passions together, being a small team and bringing I, connecting with, with, some engineering.
00;01;44;13 – 00;01;55;24
Speaker 1
So that’s kind of that overlay is allowing us to help small businesses and keep costs even lower, than previous, attempts. So.
00;01;55;26 – 00;02;27;17
Speaker 2
Yeah. Yeah. And it’s I know I want to get into a little bit about, you know, the, I want to I want to say misnomer, but the inaccurate picture that people have right now with AI, that they can basically do all the technical stuff. Right, without any technical skills. Not right, certainly happening. But, but before we get into that, maybe, you know, kind of help me understand a little bit about some of the, the clients that you’re working with and some of the, the work that you do for them specifically.
00;02;27;19 – 00;02;51;02
Speaker 1
Yeah. So the workflow part about, you know, so much of software engineering and I that there’s pretty it’s unlimited. So you know, we really love to do build these micro workflow. So my Thomas applications on a per client basis. So it’s basically, you know, you sit down with them, map out their SOPs, you know, standard operating procedures.
00;02;51;04 – 00;03;14;03
Speaker 1
They’re the worst pain points they have and then map it out and then it’s build it. You know, so basically the client gets their own custom software, which is the first of its kind, usually a, you know, enterprise, where are you going to get that type of tailored system? So what they want, they get it’s very small.
00;03;14;06 – 00;03;41;10
Speaker 1
So and then we add on a voice system, you know, which is used, for your Starlink or Gemini. So they get, they can talk to it 24 seven. And it basically run on its own on top of that. You know, we do, you know, all the phone system as well. So we, you know, make sure that, you know, companies, you know, really struggle, you know, with leads.
00;03;41;12 – 00;04;13;14
Speaker 1
And. Well, the biggest issue that’s missing leads, you know, so, so many emails use them on calls. You. I think I’ve noticed that people really, really hate voicemail. And I solves that 100%. Day one, where you basically never, ever miss a call ever again. And more lead. So, with our clients, our big thing is like, for a track, like, you know, you got five guys on the road, usually you’re missing calls, you know, now, someone could call you.
00;04;13;15 – 00;04;39;03
Speaker 1
You know what my day and I call is covered and booked compared to the five on our call. Going to the other guy. So that’s kind of our mantra for our clients. Again, it’s very custom, you know, client, the client. And, I mean, our, you know, again, we’re coming into, phone systems, as, you know, kind of more streamlined because it’s a phone system.
00;04;39;06 – 00;04;44;05
Speaker 1
But even, you know, they get custom workflows behind that phone system as well. So.
00;04;44;08 – 00;05;06;07
Speaker 2
Yeah. And, and when you say phone system, you don’t mean like you’re going in and like putting in the actual phones and harder things like that. You mean you’re talking about putting in a system for answering the phones, getting information like, it’s like the system is having a real conversation with a human on the other end.
00;05;06;10 – 00;05;29;14
Speaker 1
Yeah. We use something called conversational AI. So basically these are highly trained voice agents from real actually from real people. Or trained, you know, who speak very well. And basically it can do anything once the call is initiated. So there’s no equipment wiring. We use a technology call SIM trunking transfer. Any word I’ll say we’re going to SIP trunking.
00;05;29;17 – 00;05;54;00
Speaker 1
Yeah. It’s connect to any phone company so you can go from a single agent. Generally is a receptionist that works with your current receptionist. So I’m be replaced as that’s being enhanced because now he or she could be on a call, but then you can get tower calls. And then on top of that your agent can warm transfer that to your human agent, at any time.
00;05;54;02 – 00;06;21;18
Speaker 1
So one thing we all know is we are knowing if you call somebody and they put you on hold, taking information or the bot fits your information, and then when the person call on the phone, there’s you all over again, the information, this is going like all all that conflict is cut through the entire conversation. So once you talk to them, once I hide your information, there is no more asking about your number, your name, your email, it’s all done or other information you might have.
00;06;21;20 – 00;06;40;29
Speaker 1
On top of that, it can pull data from from a spreadsheets or any kind of data structure you already have on that client. So when they call in, you’ll see a number or email, and I already know who they are. So I’m calling my name. They can pull up any information we have leaves HIPAA. So it could work for a doctor dentist.
00;06;41;06 – 00;06;47;15
Speaker 1
Someone calls in and have all those records are legally available, in the call.
00;06;47;17 – 00;06;50;14
Speaker 1
So so there’s really no limitations on that.
00;06;50;16 – 00;07;16;21
Speaker 2
Yeah. This is absolutely fascinating. And I have so many questions, Chris. I well, and it’s funny too, because you mentioned HVAC and like, I know quite a few HVAC companies locally and a lot of them use answering services for either, you know, when their office staff is at lunch or for after hours. And so what you’re saying is that your system could replace that answering service.
00;07;16;23 – 00;07;32;03
Speaker 2
Absolutely. Yeah. There’s a so which is amazing. Number one. Number two, I like if I’m talking to one of those voice agents like what I know that I’m talking to, I.
00;07;32;05 – 00;07;59;24
Speaker 1
So basically, it depends on the state you’re in. Generally we tell clients to, have the I say, yes, I am. This is, I assistant. Network wise, customers are much more comfortable. They know, we have technology where they wouldn’t know tell. But how do you feel that? You know, everything I’ve seen metric wise and with laws coming from the FCC.
00;07;59;26 – 00;08;11;05
Speaker 1
You’re better off is saying. Yep. I am an assistant for, you know, this company and that, you know, honesty makes people much more comfortable.
00;08;11;07 – 00;08;12;09
Speaker 2
Yeah.
00;08;12;11 – 00;08;13;26
Speaker 1
Than trying to fool them.
00;08;13;29 – 00;08;29;20
Speaker 2
Yeah, I agree, I think if I called in and knew right out of the right out of the gate that it was an I, but it but it was still going to be able to do everything I needed to do as far as you know, getting service and all those kinds of things. I think I would have no problem dealing with it.
00;08;29;23 – 00;08;51;07
Speaker 1
All right. Because people use bottle all the time. I mean, when you call Verizon, you get a bot. Yeah, but that’s not I, you know, that’s a that’s more of a very set program but with prompts. So that’s very annoying. You know, this is actually talk to a person like, yeah, but here’s your tone, your conduct, your emotions.
00;08;51;09 – 00;09;09;07
Speaker 1
Well, even look at you’re talking speed and you’re faster or slower with you. It’s very patient and won’t rush you, and it doesn’t miss anything. So where are you? Tell it. It actually. And remember, we’re a human, you know. Yep. The. I take notes all the time. Right? You’re taking no trying computer. You know, they’re on computer.
00;09;09;07 – 00;09;18;27
Speaker 1
You talk to them. It’s in the context, just like if you’re on Gemini. So it actually preserves more information than a human would at first.
00;09;18;29 – 00;09;28;19
Speaker 2
Yeah. And if someone’s calling in the scheduled service, is the. Is the voice agent able to schedule the service for them, like right off. Like that’s amazing.
00;09;28;21 – 00;09;54;20
Speaker 1
Yeah. They can put on the calendar. And the great part is, is that let’s say, you know, someone calls in, you’re a beauty salon. And basically, you know, some of you say, hey, you know, I want this done. You know, today the system will look at the calendar and see the slots. And even if that slot was, let’s say, someone canceled that day in prior time, it’ll actually go in, open that slot up and put that person in that slot.
00;09;54;23 – 00;10;14;25
Speaker 1
So basically, as a person who owns the salon and generally they’re actually working as well, you know, even if you are canceling, you can get that slot refilled without you having to do anything. Yeah. So it’ll keep your calendar in sync for you and keep booking and booking and canceling, automatically for you.
00;10;14;28 – 00;10;37;26
Speaker 2
Yeah. That’s amazing. And I, you know, I wanted to come back to the, the, excuse me, the automation and workflow stuff that you’re doing. So the kind of services that you’re offering, as far as that goes, it can it can be really any process that they have in their business, right, that they’re currently doing. They’re doing it manually.
00;10;38;04 – 00;10;45;23
Speaker 2
They want to get rid of that. They want to be able to just have it happen without them actually having to move the information or push the button or whatever it is.
00;10;45;26 – 00;10;47;16
Speaker 1
Right.
00;10;47;19 – 00;10;58;21
Speaker 2
What, just so that we can kind of get some context to what kind of workflows do you see often, I guess, that you guys are automating for businesses.
00;10;58;23 – 00;11;26;07
Speaker 1
Oh, that’s very interesting. A lot of people, you know, a lot of our newer clients coming on refer our AI is like assistance better because they just want to have someone literally like in the old days, you seen movies with CEOs and someone’s behind them, or just for guys, but people behind the CEO. People actually like that kind of conscious service where this agent is the personal end business that can mix both together.
00;11;26;10 – 00;11;51;26
Speaker 1
So you’re can, you know, basically it is talk. You can talk to it. It does background talk all day long, you know, working on reports on your emails, writing documents. So people like that flexibility where they get this kind of plug in or stuff, how to be their assistant. We have some that have direct work ideas, like, like, you know, like a DJ or someone that does trivia.
00;11;51;28 – 00;12;16;28
Speaker 1
They kind of have a set, already had SOPs already laid out and gives want just to do that. And some are more sophisticated and others some just want to have research and reports, to improve our services. But really, it’s all over the board. I mean, it just depends on what they feel. Their biggest pain point is and where we can identify getting that fast.
00;12;16;28 – 00;12;40;00
Speaker 1
Our back I mean, our our goal is 10s to ten hours is our goal and very quickly. So the goal is like when we finish you’re at ten hours immediately. So that’s generally they say, hey, well, I spend this much time on this right now. You know, a lot of this is research. You know, you’re on all day long, Google and all day long, you know, trying to do stuff.
00;12;40;02 – 00;12;55;07
Speaker 1
And now in the morning you wake up and you have all of the reports are completed with citations where the information came from. So you can actually go for, you know, go forward with that data compared to guessing.
00;12;55;09 – 00;12;59;26
Speaker 2
So that’s me. Are there any limitations?
00;12;59;29 – 00;13;29;17
Speaker 1
I haven’t always seen any limitations quite yet. I mean, you know, I think the biggest thing is the limits. I think more limitation is, is a client like the like the, the human. I think we’re limiting because I think we’re a fear. So right now am I have you. The only limitation is fear. I always tell prospects that that fear of l could cost you a lot of money because you know your competitor is going to do it.
00;13;29;20 – 00;13;53;11
Speaker 1
They have to do it. There’s no way they can sit back and, you know, not try to enhance their business forever. So if you sit back on the sideline, someone else is going to be enhance. That’s what it comes down to the I it’s really not about replacing. It’s about being enhanced whether you’re employee or your own business are we really say, well, the biggest limitation is fear.
00;13;53;14 – 00;14;13;09
Speaker 1
Right now as I can see, I mean, obviously the technology is very fast. You know, we’re on top of it. That’s our workload. Honestly, it’s just the technology changing. But the cool part is you don’t always have to always have the technology models change. But you don’t have to always have the latest model because are all insanely powerful.
00;14;13;09 – 00;14;38;03
Speaker 1
So, you know, again, it’s a customer, you know, if they’re afraid of one model or let’s say they’ve heard bad things about one company, we use all the companies for models. So and then we’re not we’re not using in-house models because of security. So but yeah, I think fear is your question. I think fear is a bit of information as far.
00;14;38;05 – 00;14;55;08
Speaker 2
Yeah. Like like the fear of letting go of the manual task. Right. And they did us it right. Like, no, I need to do it. It’s, I mean, I have that fear a little bit myself, and I, I tend to think of myself as a, you know, an early adopter when it comes to a lot of the emerging technologies.
00;14;55;08 – 00;15;03;13
Speaker 2
But still, there’s some things I’m like, no, I can’t let Claude do that or I can’t, you know, I have to do it myself. Right?
00;15;03;15 – 00;15;10;18
Speaker 1
That’s that’s totally fair. That is totally fair or not. That’s why you just take a step by step. It’s the most painful things first.
00;15;10;20 – 00;15;11;10
Speaker 2
Yeah.
00;15;11;13 – 00;15;16;00
Speaker 1
Yeah, that’s very repetitive and, you know, is wasting your time.
00;15;16;02 – 00;15;28;22
Speaker 2
I, you know, one of the biggest problems I have, Chris, is my email. I think I basically spend eight hours a day in my email, the you, you’ve you got a solution for me on that? Oh, yeah. Yeah, I.
00;15;28;28 – 00;15;39;23
Speaker 1
I, I cannot personally use that email. And that is one of the biggest workflows that we do. Anything that we build that usually comes included.
00;15;39;26 – 00;15;40;12
Speaker 2
Yeah.
00;15;40;15 – 00;15;44;04
Speaker 1
So email and calendar or automatic and everywhere. But we do pick it up.
00;15;44;04 – 00;15;44;25
Speaker 2
Like that.
00;15;44;28 – 00;16;05;12
Speaker 1
Because basically email and calendar everyone’s biggest pain point by default if you’re in business, if you’re not in business, but definitely you’re in business. And if you have multiple businesses like yourself. Yeah, keeping track of meetings and emails. Yeah. So all of our workflows come with that included. Yeah. Our system, you know, basically, you know, call a cron job.
00;16;05;12 – 00;16;28;27
Speaker 1
A cron job is a fancy word, for a schedule. But in code. So basically you as a user can say, you know what I want you to do for my email or something. Summarize them from wherever timelines you want. Label them, give me a list of what’s critical for lists and then put it on my to do list and calendar once to done.
00;16;29;00 – 00;16;48;20
Speaker 1
Where everyone gets that. So the email is dealt with right off the bat because that’s the most annoying thing. So on the morning you get up, you know who is most critical, who’s not. And it’s all summarized free as well. And then put on your list to do and your calendar. So yeah, basically all you’re doing set up I could do this and then the I can actually do it for you.
00;16;48;20 – 00;17;01;24
Speaker 1
So basically it’s taking the emails already there summarizing them. So basically you can just talk to it and say up your my replies and done.
00;17;01;26 – 00;17;35;02
Speaker 2
So so I want to jump into, you know, you’re using the term AI a lot right. And obviously everyone’s talking about AI right now. You know, I there’s not a single conversation I think I have throughout the day where the, the two letters A and I together do not come into the conversation. Right. And it’s I think there’s like when you’re saying AI, you don’t necessarily mean clod ChatGPT Gemini.
00;17;35;02 – 00;17;57;06
Speaker 2
Although sometimes it’s involved. Right. But like, usually you’re not creating systems that or you’re not basically or maybe are. But I’ll let you and I’ll let you answer the question, Chris. But I’m just curious of where that delineation is between what people know in the public eye with those main big names and I and then what you guys are doing.
00;17;57;09 – 00;18;15;21
Speaker 1
Okay. Yeah. So this is the more complex part. So like a lot of people understand the chat window. Right. Like everyone at this point has used it, I think at least once in your life and have gone on the Gemini. Right. Or contribute or quad mostly those the first two quarters is coming to see now for more advanced users.
00;18;15;24 – 00;18;38;04
Speaker 1
But we actually do everything in tech, and that’s a very scary word because it’s even in the industry. For a long time they thought about what they even meant. You know, my peers and other companies, would argue about it, but what it really means is that the AI is paired with software and then can use tools.
00;18;38;06 – 00;19;04;00
Speaker 1
It can see what’s happening. So like basically, you know, you’re, you know, the AI all of a sudden can have hands go right now. It doesn’t right now, you know, it’s a it read your text, it predicts it and then gives you an answer. That’s all happening. But when it comes to gen tech or an agent now it has these tools and we give it some training and then we give it.
00;19;04;03 – 00;19;26;02
Speaker 1
Let it be semi-autonomous. You can make an economist as well, you know, but generally we prefer semi-autonomous meaning more. We give it a system prompts permanent and guardrails. Maybe a tournament. We mean that. It’s just that whatever wants to do all the time semi-autonomous is more how this rules. Guardrail has to follow us every time and every operation.
00;19;26;02 – 00;19;49;17
Speaker 1
It looks to its, its rules and its guardrails. And those tools also have tools and guardrails as well. And, and security. So people are afraid of that word because it means that I actually can do things without you having to actually watch it anymore, like it’s yeah, it’s going to go do those tasks for you, you know, June 24th seven.
00;19;49;20 – 00;20;02;07
Speaker 1
So that’s what we do is that we use aging systems, which is a step above, well, two sets above the normal, I would say in the window.
00;20;02;09 – 00;20;34;08
Speaker 2
It’s pretty wild. And I to to your point before too, I think that that agent side is where that fear comes in a lot. Right? Where like, what do you mean? It’s going to just make decisions and do these operations in the background for me. And, and it just automatically happens, with the semis. Are you does that mean that, like, it’s going to operate on those guidelines and when it hits a certain point, it’s going to essentially get your permission or ask you a question or something along those lines.
00;20;34;10 – 00;20;53;13
Speaker 1
Yeah. So because basically, you know, in my view, and is the best way to use AI is to give it a workflow like we have the 90s, right? So enterprises had it forever. They have a workflow, you know, they’ve got to be and there’s all these stuff in the middle. But what we do is that we’ll put it on a we’ll do the same thing.
00;20;53;20 – 00;21;20;15
Speaker 1
So, so the I expect still to have a beginning and end. But then, you know, give it some more training and guardrails. It’s able to actually think during that process. That’s the new part. So now it could be a Gen two in that workflow. So if something changes now it can make a decision. Generally in the old days we know algorithms we use like if you know we use switch statements.
00;21;20;17 – 00;21;47;21
Speaker 1
If else ls one of those days. Now it can just like a person to see something and make a decision. That decision is based off training. So it’s very regimented. It’s not like willy nilly. It says okay, he’s my options in the in the training is given pretty much some options in there. But as a person it can still think, okay, I have these options, I’m going to pick it on the best way to solve this problem.
00;21;47;23 – 00;21;50;06
Speaker 1
So that’s kind of.
00;21;50;08 – 00;22;14;09
Speaker 2
It doesn’t sound any different than what you do with an with a team member or employee that you bring on, you’re going to train them. They’re going to make decisions based on the training that you gave them. They are autonomous and will check with you if they are unsure. And and there they may make mistakes or may not make mistakes, depending on their training and what rules you give them.
00;22;14;09 – 00;22;43;20
Speaker 2
Right. Like it’s so I and this is something I’ve really been trying to come to terms with lately, with viewing these kinds of automations and services that are becoming available to small business because of folks like you, that it’s really no different than hiring an employee at this point. Right? Like, I’m just I’m now that employees is, you know, an agent like, I running somewhere in the background.
00;22;43;22 – 00;22;45;08
Speaker 2
Is that fair?
00;22;45;11 – 00;23;04;04
Speaker 1
I think that’s fair. I think I like to call it more of a fractional employee. Yeah. I feel that we still need a human creativity, and we need people human to be working together. So I like, see more as fractional, you know, to where, you know, they’re kind of like the assistant. I’m more of an assistant front pulling.
00;23;04;06 – 00;23;33;09
Speaker 1
And don’t get me wrong, like some of these systems could definitely do be more economists. I mean, as servers, I were focused more on the fractional side, but certainly there’s companies are, able to make more autonomous micro employees personal micro because again, their, their limitations, you know, they’re very regulated and or put in systems or an employee other train, but they have more freedom, right?
00;23;33;09 – 00;23;56;26
Speaker 1
Or not. Well, where all these autonomous systems have to be put kind of in a real slow because they can’t be too autonomous. You know, and, you know, all the systems have to report back to you. So someone has a track. They do all the time, if they’re autonomous, even more work because you have to really make sure, you know, we’re doing most of your every day.
00;23;56;29 – 00;24;28;07
Speaker 1
That’s why I prefer semi-autonomous, because it takes away some of that, data science workflow. Because basically the training is more regimented. It’s more, deterministic, compared to autonomous. So we prefer right now to be more deterministic as possible. Especially for small businesses, if you’re a enterprise level business where you can afford, you know, they have someone doing data science 5 or 7, great, but a small but they can afford that and we can afford that.
00;24;28;07 – 00;24;40;23
Speaker 1
So, you know, because basically, as a whole, positioned every day is tracking, tracking, tracking. And we track everything. But again, because we’re more deterministic, you know, we know what we’re going to get at the end result every time.
00;24;40;23 – 00;25;15;10
Speaker 2
Yeah. It’s and you know, you bring up another great point, in your conversation of the idea that we’re eliminating real humans from positions because of these systems. Right. That’s a big fear. Everybody’s talking about it, you know, it’s right. You know, it’s going to take our jobs. And I one of the things that I think about all the time, especially with what we do and with our team members, is that we want to automate systems so that we can elevate our current team members.
00;25;15;13 – 00;25;36;13
Speaker 2
Right? So it’s automate to elevate. And what that means is automating some of those I don’t want to say nonsense, but like just those manual tasks that you have to do that really aren’t productive, but you still need to do them. And but if we can automate them, then we can elevate the rest of our team to do more advanced, higher level work.
00;25;36;15 – 00;25;56;06
Speaker 2
And I and it’s not my thought I stole that from, from a guy that owns a local, almost landscaping company, but he sells what we call it what, what I call mobile apps. So it’s like the little it’s robotic lawnmowers. And, shout out to Terry.
00;25;56;06 – 00;25;58;10
Speaker 1
So, I’ve seen those.
00;25;58;12 – 00;26;23;14
Speaker 2
Yeah. Yeah. So it’s really cool. But, like, what he was saying was when he started getting into those robots, he he didn’t eliminate any team members. What it did was it allowed his team members now to when they show up on a job site, they can focus on the more detail work, the higher level work, whether it’s, you know, landscaping and beds and pruning and all these other things.
00;26;23;14 – 00;26;46;10
Speaker 2
While the mobile was doing the, you know, the mindless mowing, so to speak. So it’s so that’s what I mean. That’s how I think about it now, since I had that conversation with them, is in like and when I talk with my team members on like, hey, like we’re not automating this, so you’ve got less work, we’re automating this so that you can do the work that you actually enjoy and do more of it.
00;26;46;12 – 00;26;49;07
Speaker 2
Right. Is like very.
00;26;49;09 – 00;26;52;18
Speaker 1
A 40%. That’s a great explanation. I borrow that.
00;26;52;21 – 00;26;55;14
Speaker 2
You know, I have it, man. Take it. Absolutely I oh.
00;26;55;14 – 00;27;13;08
Speaker 1
That’s that is really a wonderful way to put it. Because that’s our goal to it is to get your life back that, you know, get like what was your passion when you bought your business? It certainly wasn’t doing flips and doing boring task and doing a amazing not every day at work, 40.
00;27;13;10 – 00;27;14;22
Speaker 2
Eight hours in emails, right?
00;27;14;22 – 00;27;32;01
Speaker 1
Yeah. It was your skill and your passion. And my passion is to give you back your passion. Yeah. And no, it’s not going to make you fire employees. It’s going to make them do better and make them do more advanced things. In fact, they can start doing you can train them, you know, make you more money and you can scale.
00;27;32;01 – 00;27;53;19
Speaker 1
The biggest thing I think is scaling. And they that, you know, because you can’t scale at a small business if you’re wearing a million hats, it’s impossible. We can say that it’s impossible. So if you can take off even 10%, you know, half of that work now, you can put that time in the scaling a business, which you should be doing anyway.
00;27;53;22 – 00;27;57;26
Speaker 1
You know, let’s be honest. If you don’t sell, your business won’t survive. It can’t.
00;27;57;28 – 00;28;02;05
Speaker 2
Grow. So diet. Yeah. So you’re either growing or dying.
00;28;02;05 – 00;28;23;03
Speaker 1
So you guys actually so my goal is okay you know we have these tools you know. And now you can start to get back to your love. And then you can start to scale and focus on what you should be doing. And don’t fire anybody. You’re going to enhance them. You can get them, you know, higher end jobs and then do more work, but with less stress, because now they have more data.
00;28;23;06 – 00;28;29;11
Speaker 1
They have their micro employee behind them, you know, doing that mindless work to do it before you can get the.
00;28;29;11 – 00;28;36;06
Speaker 2
Plan question right, your retention rates are going to go up because people get to do more things they like as opposed to some of that nonsense.
00;28;36;09 – 00;28;38;09
Speaker 1
Yeah.
00;28;38;12 – 00;29;00;12
Speaker 2
And I agree, the scaling part I think is amazing because like, you know, you look at a solopreneur, it’s very hard to make that leap to hire that first employee, to give yourself more space, to be able to do the things that make you money so you can hire more employees. But you’re the automated systems and things that you’re doing.
00;29;00;14 – 00;29;03;00
Speaker 2
They they really help solve that problem.
00;29;03;03 – 00;29;06;02
Speaker 1
Yeah. You I met first and then you have money to hire.
00;29;06;05 – 00;29;07;02
Speaker 2
Everybody.
00;29;07;04 – 00;29;27;19
Speaker 1
You see. Yeah people don’t forget it backwards. And also Google understand the more autonomous things get the more employees you need. Data science is huge and big data. So all of these systems, especially coming out with robots coming out in five years, you know, that is the next thing coming out of robots. And, don’t go too far in a rabbit hole.
00;29;27;19 – 00;29;51;08
Speaker 1
But there is something coming. Have come out called world models. Right now we use generative models. Yeah, a world model has anything of physics in the world in a way that they wrote. A robot would need to actually work to be even worth us at all. We’re generative, is fantastic, but not great for robots. But you need too many systems.
00;29;51;10 – 00;30;16;10
Speaker 1
So the amount of jobs required to run these systems is immense. You’re going to see 100 new jobs. Yeah, they’re different kind of jobs. And then also you’re going to have the trades come back. We hope the trades are booming. You know trade trades pay almost double then college degrees. So all we’re having is is another kind of a shift again that happens every ten years.
00;30;16;13 – 00;30;39;18
Speaker 1
And people will actually build more wealth now than ever. And it’s open. Or you can build some serious wealth right now if you’re willing to not be afraid, you can make more money than you ever even had making because you’re able to get more leads. Nurture of your leads, nurture leads. You know, we connect the and tools. So you know your your system can talk to HubSpot.
00;30;39;19 – 00;31;02;18
Speaker 1
You can talk to asana or cook up and and it can really take care of your clients who you have trying to get. And when you have, you can take care of them. You can check them from tech tax and say, hey, how are you? You can email them and and check out what they need, rather than you doing it or having some boring template that everyone hates.
00;31;02;20 – 00;31;25;27
Speaker 1
Everyone hates email templates, so don’t do it, I knows them, I, the agent, can look in their system, see all the data, everything about this client website, everything, and then have a conversation with them and say, hey, you know, whatever your business is, it has all the data. It would talk to them, already knows them. And then that transports a voice.
00;31;26;00 – 00;31;56;14
Speaker 1
So if you’re a five person it can outbound call. So they can call them and talk to them because it has all their contacts, all repairs done where they are on the map, everything they need it knows they would talk to them with care and it’s consistent. So this next level you have of really babying your customers and building your prospects and making them feel like the old days when used to care for them.
00;31;56;20 – 00;32;11;06
Speaker 1
And if you don’t care, we don’t find the care right now. We don’t have time to be kind of we care about it. But yeah, I my view what will bring that back? The error of customers feeling spoiled like they used to.
00;32;11;08 – 00;32;15;03
Speaker 1
And that needs more attention for your business as a customer.
00;32;15;05 – 00;32;32;18
Speaker 2
That’s amazing. And I know we’re getting short on time, but I before we before we jump, I wanted to talk about. So you’ve got some products that you’re releasing soon. So I wanted to, talk about that if you’re ready to talk about it. Sure. All right. Hey, I’ve hit this with it.
00;32;32;20 – 00;32;54;22
Speaker 1
Yeah. So the I, I that gives us an Or you can call it, you know, the assistant, is is coming out this month and it’s been tested for thousands of hours. And we’re very excited about it. It’s affordable and we call it that because it plugs into your personal life and your business life and it separates them.
00;32;54;29 – 00;33;13;05
Speaker 1
But merge them so you can be in your car. We have a work on Bluetooth, so you’re in your car driving down for work. And you can really be, you know, getting emails, getting emails, writing letters, writing podcasts, running a blog, you letters, you can talk about anything you want because we plug in your own workflows into it.
00;33;13;07 – 00;33;30;12
Speaker 1
So that so it’s kind of like a mini OS because you can plug in HubSpot, you can plug in, Zendesk. So if you’re doing tech support, it’ll give you all, you know, it’ll tell you about those tickets, whatever you’re doing, you don’t have to touch the keyboard.
00;33;30;14 – 00;33;31;27
Speaker 2
At all.
00;33;31;29 – 00;33;53;29
Speaker 1
It can be. It can even with, say, your heads meeting and you need an ad written, or you need a PowerPoint presentation done. You forgot to do it. It’ll really do it. Do it. Whatever the card. So this is a very powerful and this is the precursor, to our personal OS, you know, which is a full system that’s, you know, a little heavier and people who are more serious.
00;33;54;02 – 00;34;12;22
Speaker 1
Yeah, but that will plug in your entire business in A to Z, you know, and in the end, you have multiple agents at once. So right now we’re doing more. You have some sample stuff as parallel agents. I would, you know, get more on time. But, you’re not stuck on having one. It be one thing at a time.
00;34;12;25 – 00;34;33;24
Speaker 1
They can run in parallel. So it’s like having, you know, 4 or 5 people at once working on one thing or different things. This would be like 40 things at once, 24/7. So you have research papers written every day. You have social media, social media posts being made. All your competitors are being tracked every day. National. What are the best hooks?
00;34;33;24 – 00;34;49;22
Speaker 1
What’s going on? The industry? Anything you can imagine it can do. We feel it’s unlimited because of the data we have access to. So that’s coming out, later in July. Our personal system.
00;34;49;24 – 00;35;15;05
Speaker 2
I I’m very excited about that, Chris. I mean, we’ve talked about it a little bit, over coffee. And it’s like, you know, the personal OS is like the the Holy Grail. I think right now, I use cases where, you know, as we discussed, I have a workaround version of it that I use with Claude, but it’s it’s not even but it’s it’s still, there’s a lot of manual tasks.
00;35;15;05 – 00;35;30;02
Speaker 2
And on my end of things to be able to load context briefs and ask questions. So I still end up, you know, I get eight hours a day in email, and then I got probably another four hours a day with Claude and, and, you know, and I still got to do my job.
00;35;30;05 – 00;35;31;23
Speaker 1
But, yeah.
00;35;31;26 – 00;35;55;04
Speaker 2
You know, to have all that stuff so that you can literally have a system that knows everything about you and you can say, what’s my workout today? What’s my schedule? Get me meeting notes on this. Send so-and-so an email. Like that system is so needed and so valuable, and I’m so excited about it. And I can’t wait to see, see what you guys have put together with that man.
00;35;55;04 – 00;35;55;17
Speaker 2
That’s.
00;35;55;19 – 00;36;18;13
Speaker 1
Yeah, we’re we’re excited. And I do have some demos for you. I know I do not you the demos as opposed to before let you go. Yeah. We actually built in-house demos. So it’s will distribute outwards on her own. You didn’t get yours. I apologize, but I do have a for you. So after the podcast, you can talk to our, two agents today.
00;36;18;15 – 00;36;20;03
Speaker 1
And I think you’ll have fun.
00;36;20;05 – 00;36;25;12
Speaker 2
Yeah, I love it. I’m very excited about it, so I can’t wait to, I can’t wait to see it.
00;36;25;15 – 00;36;27;03
Speaker 1
Awesome.
00;36;27;06 – 00;36;34;11
Speaker 2
Chris, if people want to learn more about you, they want to talk to you. They’re interested in what you guys are doing. How do they find you?
00;36;34;13 – 00;36;40;23
Speaker 1
Yeah, I just got a seven day Icom. You know, we’re we’re always here.
00;36;40;26 – 00;36;42;12
Speaker 2
24 seven, right? You got this.
00;36;42;12 – 00;37;08;25
Speaker 1
There was Ivan. Well, that’s the joy they I we have to be 24 seven. You know we that’s part of our, our systems. They run 24/7. So, yeah. But yeah, we’re around, we love conversation. We love ideas. We love you. But this brain dumping on us. Yeah. We love we love that, people have amazing ideas which we love to call us with these great and like, wow, where that come from?
00;37;08;25 – 00;37;13;14
Speaker 1
Amazing. And we, we, you know, we’re ready to implement it into your business.
00;37;13;16 – 00;37;23;14
Speaker 2
Yeah. Is a Chris I absolutely love what you’re doing. I’m so glad. Shout out to Brandon. Do. Yeah. For connecting us. Oh.
00;37;23;14 – 00;37;24;20
