2025 Saratoga Showcase of Homes Wraps Up Two Weekends of Tours
The area’s premier new home tour, the 2025 Saratoga Showcase of Homes, welcomed visitors over two weekends this fall, October 4–5 and October 11–12.
The 2025 edition featured 12 locations from 10 award-winning builders in Saratoga County, including Abele Homes, Beechwood Homes, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, DeGraff Bloom Custom Builders, Green Springs Companies, Heritage Custom Builders, Kodiak Construction, Urvalek Builders, and Witt Construction. Visitors could access an interactive map, QR codes for home locations, and directions on the mobile-friendly website.
Special features of this year’s showcase included the “Boards to Blooms” build exhibition on October 4 at Witt Construction’s Showcase Home #5, where local middle school students built wooden box planters under the guidance of Whitbeck Construction, spotlighting careers in the trades through the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition. In addition, a CTE Construction Trades/BOCES Adirondack cabin-style “Tiny House” was on display all four days at DeGraff Bloom Custom Builders’ Showcase Home #10.
The annual event has contributed over $1.6 million to local charities. Proceeds from the 2025 Saratoga Showcase of Homes benefited Rebuilding Together Saratoga County (www.rtsaratoga.org) and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties (www.glensfallshabitat.org).
