Adirondack Theatre Festival Announces Full Casting for Douglas Lyons’ MOTHER. DAUGHTER. FATHER. SON.

Grace Porter, Joshua Davis, and Wynn Harmon Join Tony® Winner Lillias White in the Highly Anticipated World Premiere Directed by Tiffany Nichole Greene.
Glens Falls, NY — Adirondack Theatre Festival has announced full casting for its upcoming production of MOTHER. DAUGHTER. FATHER. SON. by Douglas Lyons, a humorous and heartfelt world premiere about two families navigating caregiving, loss, identity, and the limits of control. Directed by Tiffany Nichole Greene, the production will feature Lillias White as Edna, Grace Porter as Peace, Wynn Harmon as Bill, and Joshua Davis as Eli.
MOTHER. DAUGHTER. FATHER. SON. will run July 8–19, 2026, at the Charles R. Wood Theater in Glens Falls, New York, as part of ATF’s 32nd season.
Lillias White is a Tony® award-winning actor known for her wide-ranging career in theatre and television. Her Broadway credits include Hadestown, Once on This Island, Cats, Dreamgirls (original Broadway cast), and The Life. She also earned a Daytime Emmy® award for her performance on Sesame Street.
Grace Porter, replacing Joaquina Kalukango due to scheduling conflicts, makes her Adirondack Theatre Festival debut. Her credits span Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theater, and television. She has appeared on Broadway in Death of a Salesman, in Shakespeare in the Park’s Richard III, and Williamstown Theatre Festival‘s acclaimed production of Lempicka. On television, Porter has been seen in Godfather of Harlem, Prodigal Son, and Madam Secretary.
Wynn Harmon brings a distinguished career spanning Broadway, opera, television, and some of the nation’s leading regional theaters. Broadway audiences know him from The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess, while his extensive credits include performances with Arena Stage, Hartford Stage, Long Wharf Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre Company, The Old Globe, and Glimmerglass Festival.
Rounding out the company is Joshua Davis, whose theater credits include the Original Broadway Company of Beautiful and Paradise Square, touring with Les Miserables, and work at several regional theaters across the country.
MOTHER. DAUGHTER. FATHER. SON. is an intimate, compassionate portrait of chosen and inherited family and the messy, beautiful work of holding while learning when to let go. Tiffany Nichole Greene, an Obie Award-winning Broadway and regional theatre director, is at the helm. Greene’s recent credits include Associate Director of Broadway’s Proof and Resident Director of the Hamilton tour.
Multihyphenate playwright, actor, and composer Douglas Lyons pens the script. His work was previously produced at Adirondack Theatre Festival with the musical BEAU, which had a recent acclaimed run off-Broadway. Some other theatre credits include off Broadway’s TABLE 17, Broadway’s CHICKEN AND BISCUITS, and the forthcoming HAPPY FEET musical adaptation. Douglas also wrote and composed for the Emmy® nominated Apple TV+ show FRAGGLE ROCK.
Performances will take place at the Charles R. Wood Theater, located in downtown Glens Falls, NY.
