For the past 2 decades, my passion for adventure, food and fitness have been fueled by the pursuit of nearly 2 dozen marathons, ultramarathons, triathlons, Ironman and CrossFit. In more recent year, my focus has been building strength in backcountry skiing.

The key to successfully accomplishing these goals was understanding what my body needed to be strong, sustain energy, recover and continue to perform.

As my goals have evolved over the years, I now want to share my experience and help others who share an interest in living a health lifestyle, achieve their nutrition and fitness goals.

I believe that when we know better, we can choose to do better!
