CCE Saratoga Hosts Successful Equine Nutrition Event

Saratoga County, NY — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County recently held its educational event, Feeding Horses: The Art and Science of Equine Nutrition, in partnership with Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga and this year’s generous sponsors. The program offered horse owners, hobbyists, and families an engaging, hands-on learning experience featuring live horses and a variety of feed mediums.

Participants explored key concepts in equine management and nutrition, including how to evaluate horses, measure standards, and understand the vital role proper feeding plays in equine health.
